4. Prize Redemption Policies & KYC Verification

Players with eligible Sweepstakes Coins balances may request prize redemptions subject to our verification thresholds:

  • Identity KYC Approval: Prior to processing your first redemption, you must submit verified government identification and proof of address. Approval typically completes within 24 hours.
  • Minimum Thresholds: Redemptions for digital gift cards require a minimum balance of 10 SC ($10 USD value), while direct bank transfers require a minimum balance of 100 SC ($100 USD value).
  • Redemption Disbursement: Cash prizes are transferred directly via ACH bank transfer or authorized payment partners exclusively to accounts matching your verified player name.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

You agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

  • Using unauthorized automated bots, scraping tools, or exploits to manipulate slot spins.
  • Attempting to bypass geolocation controls or using anonymizing VPNs to access games from excluded jurisdictions.
  • Engaging in collusion, bonus abuse, or fraudulent dispute of optional coin package orders.
